We organize fun events, offer academic and professional support, and help connect like-minded individuals. Whether you’re new to the group or a long-time member, we’re excited to have you with us and look forward to seeing you at our next event!
Manasha Sahana-Vengat
President
Major: Business Psychology; Minors: Critical Gender Studies and Marketing
Career Goals: Social Media Marketing along with Community Mental Care, & a MBA in Marketing or MSc in Clinical Psychology
Hobbies: I enjoy going to the gym, graphic designing, doing art, makeup and fashion, cooking, watching tv shows, shopping, reading, writing, playing soccer, and listening to music. My favorite tv shows are Avatar the Last Airbender, B99, Lucifer, Sex Education and Bridgerton and my favorite music artists are Taylor Swift, The Weeknd and Chase Atlantic. I love exploring new places, doing new things and trying new food, so I am always up for an adventure. But most of all, I love yapping so come by office hours and talk to me literally about anything!​
Sarah Segall
Vice President
Major: Psychology, B.S.; Minor: Computational Social Science
Career Goals: Research/Academia/Teaching
Hobbies: Hi everyone! I’m from a more rural area of Monterey Bay in northern CA. I love reading, hiking and anything nature-related, thrifting and all things fashion, interior decorating, trying new things (like paddle boarding or kayaking) and new foods, and spending time with my 15 year old dog. Stop by office hours to swap pictures of our pets! I’m excited to get to know you all :D​
Jenny Lozano
Secretary
Major: Clinical Psychology; Minor: Human Developmental Sciences
Career Goals: PhD or PsyD, Clinical Child Psychologist
Hobbies: I’m from OC and love making new friends! I enjoy fashion, crocheting, dancing, cooking new vegetarian recipes, and going to Disneyland. I also love to go thrifting, collecting vinyl records, and trying new boba places, so feel free to send any recommendations and come with! Stop by my office hours to talk about anything and hang out yay! :)
Rose Laureta
Treasurer
Major: Psychology, B.A.
Career Goals: After undergrad, I hope to either go into a social work master’s program to become an LCSW or get my Psy.D and become a clinical psychologist both hoping to work with kids!
Hobbies: I like to travel/explore, cook, bake, watch shows and movies, listen to music/go to concerts, collect cute blind box figures, and hang out with friends/meet new people! Feel free to reach out to talk about anything psych related or about anything mentioned above! :D
Deborah Hughes
Member Coordinator
Major: Clinical Psychology, B.S.; Minors: Classical Studies, Literature of the World
Career Goals: I would love to be a pediatric clinical neuropsychologist and eventually teach as a professor.
Hobbies: I love reading and playing music. I sing and play several instruments, including the piano, french horn, mellophone, vibraphone, and many more. I also love hanging out with friends and making as many new memories as I can before I graduate! ​

Hobbies: Hello! I'm Leo. I like punk music (screamo and emo) and I like to play fighting games like street fighter and smash bros.
Ryan Lee
Social Coordinator
Major: Developmental Psychology, B.S.; Minor: Human Developmental Sciences
Career Goals: I am still discovering what I want to do; however, I would like to work with children as a therapist for family, behavioral, play, or trauma therapy.
Hobbies: I love hosting events and cooking for people. When I have time, I go rock climbing, golfing, snowboarding, and One Wheeling. I am also a big foodie so I am willing to drive far as long as the food is good and the company is pleasant.

Career Goals: Neurodegenerative Researcher & Professor
Hobbies: I really enjoy creating graphics, but outside of that I really enjoy cooking & baking for others, listening to all kinds of music, playing nostalgic video games, spending time with family & friends and meeting new people (+ cats :D)!

Career Goals: Ph.D.
Hobbies: To capture a moment's essence in its entirety is why I decided to pick up a camera. I hope to be able to reveal to people the parts of themselves they have yet to explore. I love cats, philosophy (particularly existentialism), photography, reading, running to Gliderport at 2 AM, calisthenics, learning, and picking up new hobbies.
